Purchasing

Thank you for purchasing from Arik Kastan! We will do everything we can to get your order to you ASAP. If we have an item in stock, please allow 2-3 days for processing. We will ship on the final day of processing. You will be notified with an e-mail and tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order.

If the piece you would like is out of stock, there’s no need to panic! We just need a little extra time to hand make your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

An Arik Kastan purchase includes one complimentary sizing. And please let us know if you would like to receive your jewelry by a certain date! We’ll do everything we can do accommodate your request. Just e-mail us at info@arikkastan.com.

We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

Shipping

Ground shipping inside the contiguous United States is free. Alternatively, we charge $30 for 2-day shipping. Items are shipped on the third day of processing when in stock. We will only ship to a physical address and require a signature upon delivery.

International shipping is a flat fee of $50. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties charged by the country to which the order is shipped.

Returns

You have 7 days from day of receipt to notify us of your intention to return/exchange. Please note that all returns must be in absolutely pristine condition! Anything that has been worn, altered, sized, and/or engraved will not be accepted. At that point we will email you a return shipping label. Full credit will be applied for any exchange and for any return, full credit minus the return shipping cost (normally $20)

We must have notification of your return via e-mail to info@arikkastan.com. We will not accept a return until we have received e-mail confirmation and we have provided approval and return label to have the package sent back to us.

Once we have replied to your e-mail, and provided a return label, please include original packaging with item being returned and package with care. Should you opt to pay and coordinate your own return shipping, we will not assume responsibility for a return package that is lost, damaged, mishandled, and/or stolen. Assuming responsibility for the package does not constitute acceptance of a return.

Items purchased directly from us cannot be returned to our vendors. Alternately, items purchased from our vendors cannot be returned to us.

Repairs/Resizing

We require e-mail notification to notify us of your repair need. Please email info@arikkastan.com You are responsible to ship your item to us. We are responsible for the package only after we receive it. We are not responsible should it get lost, damaged, mishandled, and/or stolen before it arrives. Please send your items to be repaired back to us and we’ll be happy to take care of it. We’ll try our best to be as speedy as possible, though some repairs will take a bit longer than others. In general, repairs may take anywhere from 2 – 8 weeks. Time frame is determined case by case and will be communicated accordingly. Most repairs are complimentary. We will notify you if any additional charges will be applied for your repair prior to working the repair. Please send us the item in an insured and prepaid package and we’ll do the rest!

Please contact us at info@arikkastan.com to let us know if you would like to special order a piece. We’ll let you know the rest regarding deposit, time frame (usually 4-6 weeks), etc. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled by e-mail within 24 hours of being placed. Please e-mail info@arikkastan.com.

Backorders

We know you want to get your hands on your jewels ASAP and we are very happy to accommodate. We do our best to update the website with what’s in stock and what isn’t; however, when an item is popular, someone else might get to it before we can update. We will let you know by e-mail right away if we’re out of stock and need to have more pieces made. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery on any backorders.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied if we ship to you within the sunny state of California. Orders outside of California are not charged sales tax.
